We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location in the mountains was perfect, close to the center of town and also to nearby ski lifts. We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the breakfast with its thoughtful table decoration.
Couldn't stay longer.

This place is great for relaxation, with Dorfer Apres Ski nearby, free Wi-Fi, and a nice table. The lovely gardens are just a kilometer away from downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite a late arrival, they made sure we had something to eat and made us feel right at home. The staff, from the bar to reception and the spa, were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were great and the meals were delicious. One of the highlights was the thoughtful table decoration and birthday cake for my wife's special day. We truly felt like the guest was at the center of everything here.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area and the staff is very friendly. Spacious rooms with music in the bathroom is a nice touch. The hotel offers both ala carte and half board options. The heated outdoor pool is a great addition for colder days. The hotel spa area is very inviting and offers a variety of treatments.
The hotel could have offered more information about the spa treatments that they are offering. Some facilities such as the outdoor pool were closed when we visited.

During my recent backpacking trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in a beautiful mountain town. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lifts in the mountains. I enjoyed the spacious and clean room, complete with a balcony offering stunning views of the surrounding area. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes and pancakes. the hotel also had a spa area with both indoor and heated outdoor pools, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
One small drawback was the limited spa area who prefer to wear swimming costumes.

This hotel was the perfect base for our city break. the location was excellent, being just a short stroll away from the slopes and ski lifts. the buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel, with a wide variety of fresh choices including smoothies and hot dishes. the rooms were incredibly clean, well equipped, and comfortable.
the only thing that could have improved our experience would have been if the hotel offered more activities for children, but this is a small criticism as we were still able to keep our children entertained with the games room and outdoor play equipment.
